Airport Fast-Track service & VIP Service
 
 
This service helps the visitors to getting visa stamping, visa sticker and porter service at Vietnam Airpot. B. VIP SERVICE
VIP service provides solemn ritual for your important guests who come to Vietnam on business by commercial flight or charter flight. This service also helps VIPs save their precious time and health guarantee. These VIPs will be greeted at the Aircraft and received special treatments that are intended for diplomatic officers. Our staffs will take care of Immigration check in not including Fast Track, Customs and the other necessary formalities on behalf of them.

HOW AIRPORT FAST-TRACK SERVICE RUNS?
Step 1: Choosing Airport Fast Track Service item once applying for Vietnam visa on Arrival with detailed information of your exact flight number, departure and arrival time (GMT+7) or apply for the service via email or phone with the mentioned information. If your flight is changed, please notify us 24 hours before your landing (except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays)
Step 2: Find our staff with the welcoming board having your name on it when your flight lands off Vietnam. In case, you cannot find our staff, please give us a call at hotline +84 968 18 77 18 
Step 3: Give our staff your visa approval letter, entry and exit form, passport, 2 photos and stamping fee (USD 45/person for single entry, and USD 95/person for multiple entry visa) for doing your entry procedure
Step 4: Get your passport back with Vietnam Visa stamped from our staff.

Refund policy 24 working hours: Please confirm with us your flight details 24 working hours in advance so that we can do the Airport Fast Track service for you at our best. Other while, if we have not received your confirmation, no refund will be done if you are not picked up at the airport.

Vietnam Visa Extension

 
 
Aiming at providing our valued clients with more useful services, Vietnam Visa Inc has developed visa extension/renewal services for those whose Vietnam visas have come close to expiration dates and still wish to stay longer.

To extend/renew your visa, you are kindly advised to follow the following steps :

 
Step 1: Please send us your scan of your passport and the page containing your current Vietnam visa to our email sales@visavietnamonline.org.Then we will send it to Vietnam Immigration Department to check your information before extending/renewing your visa.
 
Step 2: We will inform you about the visa extension fee and whether your visa can be extended/renewed as visa extension varies for each case.
 
Step 3: For those who are in Ho Chi Minh City, please bring your original passport to our office: In case, you are in Ha Noi, please let us know your current address so that our staff will come in person to pick up your passport there.
 
Step 4: Wait some days to get your passport back together with your new stamped visa. See the below table for detail processing time for each type of visa :

HOW TO APPLY FOR VISA EXTENSION SERVICE ?

  • You'd better extend/renew your visa at least 1 week (for 3 months visa, preferably 2 weeks) before your visa expiration date
  • Before you apply for visa extension, your passport must have 2 blank pages at maximum.
  • For Vietnam Tourist Visa and Vietnam Business Visa, the extension/renewal is only applicable for 1 month or 3 months (single/ multiple)
  • For Diplomatic, Official visas, or/and other types of visa, it should be applied through the official agencies or government or business sponsor or contact the Vietnam Immigration Department in person: In Ho chi minh City (Saigon): No. 56 Nguyen Cu Trinh., Dist.1, Ho Chi Minh City
